About Therapist, Bree Ruoff

Welcome! My name is Brianna, but everyone calls me Bree. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LISW-S) with over 10 years in the field, and someone who genuinely loves this work. I am partnered with Wild Blooms Wellness to provide mental health services,

My background is in school-based behavioral health, spending my day-to-day life in schools. I have learned what actually helps students walk back through the doors and succeed in the classroom. Likewise, I have learned what will just add more pressure. Helping children find joy and comfort in schools and social settings has become the heart of what I do.

Through my work with children and families, I have learned that while the triggers might be different, the strategies for helping adults are the same. I love helping those of all ages find strength in their experiences, re-frame unhelpful thinking and feel empowered in their lives.

Whatever brought you here, my approach is the same — practical, warm, and rooted in what actually works, not just what sounds good on paper. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation (humor included please), not a clinical checklist.

Outside of sessions, I’m deep in the beautiful chaos of the baby and toddler years. My own coping strategies usually involve baking something delicious, getting some fresh air, planning a beach vacation or constantly battling golden retriever glitter (fur). I’m big on glimmers and gratitude.
